Inquisitive Wanderers

My husband and I consider ourselves to be inquisitive wanderers. We are ignited by exploring new lands and capturing the unexpected in architectural elements, materials and forms. In 2016 we took a sabbatical while in transition from Chicago to Cleveland. Below is a collection of photographs that were on exhibit titled Prospecttiva. The other collection is from our exploration of Cleveland.

Prospecttiva

Being in such rich historical places offered us so many fantastic and unique perspectives. We were entranced by the mysteries of the canals and alleyways in Venice, steeped ourselves in the carefree lifestyle of Vicenza, swept up in the romance of the gardens of Verona, impressed by the perfection of Vienna's architecture and fascinated by the history and culture of Bratislava. We have enjoyed transporting ourself back to our time in southern and central Europe while selecting these images. We hope that you can be transported as well. Bon Voyage.
